Documentary Educational Resources (DER)
Naomi meets Cynthia Close, Executive Director of Documentary Educational Resources at a funding workshop at Boston Neighborhood Networks. Cynthia is very impressed and excited about TWISTED and accepts our application to serve as our Fiscal Agent! Summit Meeting #5: Networking and Logging
Sara and Naomi meet in New York for some serious footage review and serious networking. Partying with the folks at the Comedy Central Bar Mitzvah Bash, Sara and Naomi stop to make the first ever Eliot Lives Productions chocolate lollipop. Naomi and Sara also go out for dinner and drinks with Jeff Marx, writer of hit Broadway Musical, Avenue Q.

A crazy busy month...Sara and Naomi work every weekend to prepare for Twist and Shout 2004. The weekend (3 days, 32 hours of footage, 5 hours of sleep) is a great success and a heck of a lot of fun.

N.A.A. R Charity Event at Giant Stadium
Eliot Lives Productions has a jammed packed weekend full of filming, interviewing, writing, and, of course, lots of ballooning fun. Sara and Naomi stayed at the home of Mr. Juggles and Glitter and followed them to the N.A.A.R. charity walk held at Giant Stadium the following day. Juggles and Glitter's daughter Lauren showed Sara and Naomi how to make the balloon arches that decorated the Stadium.

Summit Meeting #3: The Pitch Package
ELP spent a large part of the weekend putting together a pitch package about Twisted: A Balloonamentary to send out to potential supporters and funders. Please email us if you would like to receive a pitch package.

Sara and Naomi also caught up with newbie to the balloon twisting world, Donger. Donger shared his origins as a balloon twister and is looking forward to attending Twist and Shout 2004, his first balloon twisting conventions.

Eliot Lives Productions celebrates Balloons Around the World Day 2003 by catching up with and filming balloon twisting friends Charlie Fogarty and JuJuBee the Clown. Check out some of Charlie's latest creations. JuJuBee added lots of color and liveliness to Foss Motors in Exeter, NH.

Sara recently appeared with fellow Washington University students in the crowd of the Today Show on NBC. The group represented their alma mater with a festive "W" and "U" made out of balloons.
